Mijn eerste stap in de balletstudio was spannend, maar voelde als een droom die uitkwam. Nu, jaren later, voelt het nog steeds als een droom wanneer ik de studio betreed. Het is de perfecte manier om je zorgen achter je te laten. Je loopt met opgeheven hoofd de studio uit, en dat zelfvertrouwen laat zich ook merken in het dagelijks leven. Kortom, ballet is voor mij een vorm van mindfulness geworden. Tatevik is een fantastische lerares, die weet wat ze doet. Ze straalt passie uit en deelt dit maar al te graag met anderen.
