Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. As with any fitness and workout program, you should stop immediately if you start to feel faint, dizzy or unwell. You are responsible for respecting your physical limits. Seek (prior) medical assistance if necessary. Ballet vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian are not responsible for any injuries or wounding that could result from participation in the exercises and choreographies from the lesson or the videos.
Prices and Refunds
All prices are listed on the website and within the trainin app.
For adults classes: Intro Packs, Ten-event cards and subscriptions are not refundable in the event of suspension of lessons and are valid for 6 months.
For children classes: The price for the children classes is to be paid in full at the start of the year (September) or at the first lesson. The price is a fixed price for an indefinite number of lessons throughout the year until the end of the season, being June of the respective year. The children’s course fee and uniform is not refundable under any circumstances.
If you benefit from an increased allowance through your health insurance fund, you can hand in your stickers to the teacher after the lesson.
The Ballet vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian are not responsible for cancellation of the annual show, events or lessons. Tickets for the show are not refundable.
Property Rights
All exercises and choreographies shown by Ballet vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian during the lessons or in videos are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Ballet vzw, Olga Mkrtoumian (author) or Tatevik Mkrtoumian (author). The exercises and choreographies may not be copied, performed or used in any way.
Dancewear
All dancewear purchased via Ballet vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian (online purchases excluded) are non-refundable. All intellectual property rights related to this dancewear are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Ballet vzw.
Applicability and Acceptance of the Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to all lessons and videos organised by Ballet vzw and Tatevik Mkrtoumian. By participating in the lessons and using the videos you confirm that you are aware of and have accepted this disclaimer.
